Checklist for New Cinema license
1. Proof of Ownership of Premises
2. Payment receipt of building inspection
3. Payment receipt of electrical inspection
4. Sanctioned Building plan of the premises:
Complete plans, elevations and sections in duplicate, of the premises and all erections or buildings there drawn correctly to the scale of one-eighth of an inch to one foot and showing the width of all stairways and the number of steps in each, the width of corridors, gangways and doorways, the height of the cinematograph and of the plant for the generation of conversion of electrical energy.
5. Sanctioned Site plan of the premises:
A site plan in duplicate on a separate sheet drawn to the scale of one-fortieth of an inch to one foot showing the position of the premises in relation to any adjacent premises and to the public thoroughfares upon which the site of the premises abuts, and the arrangements proposed for the parking of motor cars and other vehicles.

7. Cinematography License
8. Electrical Contractor license
9. Electrical Contractor test report

Fees for New Cinema License is Rs. 13287/- till 18 September 2024 further 10% increase every year.
Fees for Renewal Cinema License
3 months before the date of the expiry of the old license is Rs. 8858/- till 18 September 2024 further 10% increase every year.
less than 3 months before the date of expiry of the old license is Rs 13287/- till 18 September 2024 further 10% increase every year.
