Checklist
1. Residence proof of beneficiary.
2. Residence proof of father.
3. Residence proof of mother.
4. School/Birth Certificate of beneficiary.
5. Previous caste certificate of beneficiary (if applicable).
6. Caste certificate of father.
7. Affidavit.

In case of no previous Caste Certificate
1. Caste Verified by two Gazetted Officers along with their ID Cards.
2. Residence Proof of Father/Grand Father/ Fore Father prior to 01.11.1966 along with documents to prove the relationship.
